# How to Add Voicenotes App to the Action Button on iPhone | Voicenotes Help CenterIntercom

You can quickly access the Voicenotes app by adding it to the Action Button on
your iPhone. Follow these simple steps to set it up:

 1. Open the Shortcuts App:
    
     * Launch the Shortcuts app on your iPhone. If you don't have it installed,
       you can download it from the App Store.

 2. Create a New Shortcut:
    
     * Tap the "+" button in the top right corner to create a new shortcut.
    
     * Select Add Action from the options (eg: Open App).

 3. Choose the Voicenotes App:
    
     * In the search bar, type "Voicenotes" and select the appropriate action
       for the Voicenotes app (such as Ask AI, Record, or Search).

 4. Save the Shortcut:
    
     * After selecting the desired action, tap Next, and configure the shortcut
       settings like giving your shortcut a name, choosing an icon, adding to
       the Home screen, etc. Then tap Done.
